Return & Shipping Policy

1. Shipping
1.1 Processing Times
Paow Boxes typically ship within 14 business days of your order including personalization services to fit your pet needs. We will notify you via email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
1.2 Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times will vary depending on your location. Standard shipping typically takes between 7 and 14 business days. Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
2. Returns & Exchanges
2.1 Return Policy
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. If you are unhappy with your Paow Box for any reason, you may return unopened and undamaged items within 7 days of receipt for a full refund (minus any applicable shipping fees). Please note that we cannot accept returns of opened or used items.
2.2 Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at paowbox@outlook.com or whatsapp us at +6011-54499331with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your items.
2.3 Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was shipped in error or damaged.
2.4 Processing Returns
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your refund within 14 business days. You will receive a notification email once your refund has been issued.
2.5 Exchanges
Unfortunately, we are not currently able to offer exchanges for Paow Boxes to ensure hygiene issues.
3. Exceptions
3.1 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at paowbox@outlook.com or whatsapp us at +6011-54499331with your order number We will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you at no additional cost.
4. Allergy Policy
4.1 Treat Ingredients
We strive to provide a variety of treats in our Paow Boxes to cater to different pet preferences. We will enquire your pet’s allergies before choosing the treat for your pet.
4.2 Allergen Information
We disclose all known allergens on our ingredient lists. However, we cannot guarantee that our treats are completely free of allergens, as our facility may process other products that contain allergens.
4.3 Customer Responsibility
It is important to be aware of your pet’s allergies before feeding them any new treats. We recommend consulting with your veterinarian if you have any concerns. Please contact us when you notice that any new potential allergies, so that we can personalize a better treat for your pet.
